So its been 4 almost 5 months…. I’m starting questing slowly π
but what I am doing is fiercely pursuing attributes.
This to me is the super important in preparing myself for the quests, as a lot of them are a long way out of my current comfort zone and physical ability in several cases.
At the beginning of the year my RPG attributes were as follows:
MIND (MENTAL HEALTH) – 4
CONSTITUTION (STRENGTH AND FITNESS) – 4
AGILITY – 6
CHARISMA – 6
INTELLIGENCE – 7Β
It was obvious where I needed to improve π
At the start of the year I made a list of tasks which I could complete and which would allow me to add one point to an attribute score.
This is what I have completed so far:
I’ve had a personal trainer twice a week for two hours for 3 months now. weight training to build up strength. I’ve managed to squat my body weight and hip thrust 75kg. I’ve taken two inches off my waist and added almost two inches to each leg. Super impressed with my progress. πΒ

I have completed two computer games (albeit small ones) Frostpunk and What remains of Edith Finch. Still struggling not to feel guilty about using my time to play games.Β
+1 Mind
I have also Maintained a hair cut for 6 months now. Personal appearance points! all the good feels π
Before I did my last industry event I got postcards and business cards printed. Which turned out to be such a useful addition to promoting myself. well worth the extra effort of making and money spent.

Currently trying to meditate every day.Β (I completed 2 months consistently but then failed)
I’m also at the end of 3 months of a healthy eating plan . No sugary refined foods π¦
